VEHICLE SERVICE AUTHORIZATION & LIABILITY RELEASE Blessed To Be A Blessing Services LLC SERVICE AUTHORIZATION I authorize Blessed To Be A Blessing Services LLC to perform detailing, cleaning, or other agreed-upon services on my vehicle. I confirm that I am the legal owner of the vehicle or an authorized representative with permission to approve these services. PRE-EXISTING CONDITION ACKNOWLEDGMENT I acknowledge that my vehicle may have pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to: • Paint scratches, swirl marks, chips, or oxidation • Clear coat damage or failure • Dents, dings, or body damage • Interior stains, tears, or wear • Mechanical issues or warning lights • Previous repairs or touch-ups I understand that Blessed To Be A Blessing Services LLC is not responsible for revealing or worsening pre-existing conditions that may become more visible after cleaning, polishing, or correction services. ASSUMPTION OF RISK I understand and accept the following risks associated with detailing services: Service Risks: • Washing and detailing may reveal hidden damage • Paint correction involves abrasive processes that may affect surfaces • Cleaning products may react differently depending on material condition • Aftermarket parts, wraps, tint, or modifications may be affected • Interior cleaning may impact electronics if moisture is present • Results may vary depending on the condition and age of the vehicle RELEASE OF LIABILITY I hereby RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS Blessed To Be A Blessing Services LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from: • Pre-existing damage revealed during or after service • Normal wear and tear exposed during cleaning • Product reactions on vehicle surfaces • Damage to aftermarket or non-OEM parts • Loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle • Services not meeting subjective expectations Limitation of Liability:In any case, the maximum liability of Blessed To Be A Blessing Services LLC shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service performed.
